Under the leadership of the General Manager,Shenzhen Qiaohua Industries Limited successfully introduced the project "enterprise management consulting" in May, 2009.

Qiaohua invited Kingdee’s senior management consultant to have a comprehensive and in-depth research on the corporation management. To response to the high-level leaders’ spirit, management consulting project meeting was officially started on May 8. During the meeting, the general manager Mr. Yang specified the importance of implementing the management consulting at high expense. He emphasized that innovation was the root of the high-tech enterprise. Under the same conditions of the external environment, innovation decided the development speed of an enterprise. To drive the power of innovation was to drive the power of the company team-building. Qiaohua would keep corporation culture as core, corporation stratagem as support, talent management consultation and system management consultation as root, corporation management training and service as supplement, said Mr. Yang. Through a professional and effective guidance, Qiaohua should increase its market share percentage and enhance competition, which would bring the enterprise with a sustainable development.

With the recognition and support of the high-level leaders and cooperation of the middle-level cadres, the consultant analyzed the enterprise’s organization forms and features according to the corporation’s goal and development stratagem, especially to the company's five-year strategic objectives: "delicate products, strong systems, professional marketing, and large entity. In this way, the consultant mastered the important enterprise outcome point and performance guideline, helped Qiaohua to design a market-oriented and future enterprise structure, and accordingly proposed the relevant improvement plan and measurement. Building up an effective incentive system could stimulate and activate staffs’ working spirit, innovation ability, and help them to find out the professional and personal specialization chance. This would not only make the quality of staffs meet the requirements of the enterprise’s development, but also promote staff personal development.

In August, the company is implementing the performance system and also establishing the project team of performance appraisal: the general manager as the project managing director, the Production Director and Chief Financial Officer as deputy project manager, Kingdee’s consultant as long-term technical consultants. All members of Qiaohua are confident with new challenges and work hard to realize both company’s and individual dreams.
