QIAOHUA PROVIDES A PRACTICE STAGE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

At present, practice before taking up an occupation is the final lesson to most college students who are going to graduate from university. They consider a long-term practice in a company as the most valuable chance for employment instruction. It’s the best way for them to improve their technique. Lack of professional knowledge about a position is the general disadvantage to most students. How to succeed in an interview? How to learn about a corporation? What are the standard requirements for applicants? They want to know these answers. However, according to Chinese social situation, it’s more and more difficult for a college student to get a practice chance in a company. The reason is that many companies consider this as a burden and don’t taking over any graduate trainee. This is an irresponsible behavior.

Obtaining employment is the livelihood root. As a member of society, a corporation’s development can not be separate from the society support. So a corporation should carry out its responsibility and reward the society. On this point, Qiaohua is unexceptional. Only a corporation that is responsible for society, we believe, can become stronger and stronger. That’s why Qiahua tried its best to provide college students with more chances for practice. From 2009’s summer holiday on, we set up a practice stage for 20 college students. Before practice, they were trained and assigned with suitable work according to their advantages. We considered it was our responsibility to make sure they could learn practical knowledge and well prepare for finding a job in future.
