Shenzhen Qiaohua Industries Limited, was established in 1980 and has now become one of China‘s largest manufacturers and exporters of Bubble Machine, Fog Machine, Snow Machine, Party Light, Holiday Projector, Laser Light, Night Light and other seasonal products. We have 2 factories in Shenzhen and Puning, covering an area of 104,000 square meters, and employing 1,600 people. Quhwa has 43 years of experience in ODM and OEM, and has established a global product supply network. Every month, at least 30 40-foot containers are shipped all over the world. Our customers can also purchase Quhwa products directly from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Korea and Japan.

Quhwa‘s R&D team comes from a group of professional engineers. Most of them have been working in Quhwa for more than 10 years. The annual investment in research and development activities exceeds 3,000,000.00 US dollars. With strong design and R&D capabilities, we will have new product lunches every month, and they have been in the leading position in the industry.

Our production line includes three fully automatic SMT machines, EDXRF spectrometer, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, temperature tester, transportation tester, salt spray tester, laser power tester, oscilloscope, six-network analyzer (Agilent Technologies / HP brand), spectrum analyzer and 30 sets of plastic injection machines can ensure our R&D, product quality control and production efficiency.

Composed of 200 professional QC testers, they pass 100% testing to ensure the quality of incoming materials, production processes and finished products. In quality abnormal analysis, rework follow-up and control, defect follow-up and control, and supplier management. With advanced equipment, they ensured UL, ETL, FCC, FDA, GS, CE, WEEE, SAA, CB, RoHS and REACH standards.

In addition, our factory has passed the BSCI audit, and also passed the factory audits of some large retailers, such as Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe‘s, Target, ASDA, etc. All our 24 production lines and the entire production process strictly comply with the standards of factory audits to ensure Quhwa‘s responsibility to employees and customers.
